Serve on the Board

There are two immediate vacancies on the board of directors:

Executive Board-Treasurer: manage finances, safeguards the funds of the organization, keeps accurate records, reports monthly to the board, handle administrative fiscal matters, helps create the annual budget and carries out duties listed under Board Member. Experience in accounting a must.

Board Member: attends monthly board meetings, assist with event planning, volunteers at least two hours per month at CFA events and carries out other specific duties assigned to this position.  Law background is preferable.

As a board member your fundamental role is to oversee the implementation of the not-for-profit organization’s mission. This is a very rewarding volunteer opportunity and we’re looking for people with a passion to serve on behalf of the welfare of animals and to utilize their professional skills.
